Virus Question

I was wondering if anyone knows what virus software that will get rid of a file that Spybot is unable to remove. Adware doesn't detect it.
The problem says Retrieve Executive c:\Windows\Acess.exe.
I'm not sure what it is, still learning how to be a geek!

maybe you could try <edit> havent tried it myself but it might work

Besides Ad-aware and Spybot I also use Pest Patrol.

well like i said, i hadnt tried it personally and wont bother now.

 

EEEEWWWW! ok i did a file folder search and it was an internet sex dialup! So I deleted it to the recycle bin and then emptied that, then did a spybot search and its gone. Phew! Thanks again guys, I'm learning so much here! Thats funny how spybot could detect it but not delete it!
