Virus Scan enterprise 4.51-help

    I acquired a laptop (Dell Inspiron 4100, XP Home) with Network Assoc 4.51 preinstalled on it-no CDs.....I cannot remove it, there is no uninstaller and I want to upgrade to current McAfee products thru my Comcast account. Is there anywhere I can buy an old copy of 4.51-I've already been to e-bay and nothing there.....
