Virus/Spyware/ other Malware on my comp

Ok.

My computer is controlled by viruses. My family is terrible with computers and let tons of spyware and such on my computer, i try to fix it with adaware and windows anti spyware programs but my computer is really messed up.

And i'm not the most skillful computer user (obviously) so i need a reletivaly safe and painless method for removing and keeping malware off my computer.
