I need help badly. I can not for the life of me figure this one out. My desktop keyboard is fine since I have no remapping problems.

I have a business laptop (IBM Thinkpad) in which it ran fine while I was at work. As soon as I opened it up to use it at home via my wireless network, my keyboard is remapped so that every time I type a vowel, I get a number or if attempting to make a word that is longer than three letters, the next key - no matter which one I press - will be a number. The keyboard becomes unusable AND now that this has happened, it stays that way.

How can I clean this? when all I can do is click on things without typing anything. My AVG Free Virus scanner doesn't show up anything.

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

If it's a lap top, check to see if your Numlk is on. If it is, then the buttons certain keys ( right side on my thinkpad) will act as a num pad.
