virus?

    I am attaching this popup that I get 2-3 times a week. I have done malware and virus scans and nothing is found. I search for Norton on my computer and find nothing. Any ideas? Thanks

    Hi my friend from New York ( my best friend is living there ) What is your antivirus programme which is installed in your computer ? Is there any file about eset in this directory ?

    yup. It is a Toshiba. I uninstalled the Toshiba laptop checkup so we'll see what happens. Thanks for the quick responses!
