Viruses in Ad-Aware?

Hi,

I've seen problems similar to this posted elsewhere on the net but never with a satisfactory solution - hope someone here can help...

I'm running:
Ad-Aware SE Personal 1.06r1 (fully updated)
McAfee VirusScan Enterprise 7.0 (fully updated)

Problem:
When I perform a full system scan with Ad-Aware, McAfee pops up to say it has found and deleted these viruses:
Counter.class
Dummy.class
Matrix.class
Parser.class

They are all detected as 'Exploit-ByteVerify' apart from Matrix.class which is detected as 'JV/Shinwow'. McAfee says they are all trojans.
They are all in this folder:
C:/Documents and Settings/Sonia/Local Settings/Temp/AAWTMP/C18450690/30D6C6

and McAfee says the offending application is Ad-aware.exe.

The only time McAfee finds these problems is when I do a full system scan with Ad-aware. I have no other (apparent) symptoms.

I don't think they are quarantined files by Ad-aware - if they were, why would they keep returning after being deleted by McAfee? I've tried reinstalling Ad-aware but get the same problem.

What can/should I do!?
