Visio Technical 3.0 shutdown problem

    Hi,
    I am trying to run Visio Tech 3.0(`1994) on win 98 (not se) everything works OK but the program will not shut down. The drawing closes but the main visio window will not untill I press ctl-alt-del. Any ideas as to tweaking the ini file or reg to make this behave. It would not be a problem but if I shut it down I have to reboot before I can restart.
