Visiontek Radion X1300

I just bought a Visiontek Radion X1300 from wal-mart. I used the CD to install the drivers but it still shows up in the device mangager under "other devices" with a yellow question mark, plus everytime i restart windows it comes up with the "Found new hardware" thing.

I have an Emachines T3095 3000+

Plus the DISPLAY DRIVER is installed, So I don't get It.

Download drivers, usually for video cards, newer drivers are available by the time you get the cd.

Vista:

Windows XP:
http://www.majorgeeks.com/ATI_Catalyst_Drivers_for_Windows_XP_d4038.html

Remove the video card from device manager.
Reboot your computer.
Close any prompts to install new hardware when it starts.

Install those drivers.

It still says the same thing after installing the new Driver.
The found new hardware thing comes up on startup, I just click cancel.
But the games and everything seem to work fine, So I don't know..
