Well, i corrupted one of my windows system boot files when trying to update to vista SP1 and i have to reinstall and i figured i would just reformat my pc. So well i downloaded the Vista 64 with SP1 already loaded into it from msdn, but i have a problem with when i boot from the dvd my computer takes like 15 mins to do the task of "Windows is loading files..." than after doing that my computer will instantly restart. I have no idea why it is doing this. I did download the vista 64 without SP1 and i can boot from DVD and i have no problems with that DVD but the SP1 dvd is puzzling me and i have no idea why this is happening.

    HI

At times I have had issues with burning the ISOs off MSDN to DVD in that if I burn at max speed I gain install errors, so try re-burning the ISO at a lower speed such as x2 x4.

If using Nero to burn these ISOs, I have had issues with this app, and have now reverted to CDburnerXP ( works for Vista too ) to burn ISOs.
