Vista and Gaming help needed !!

    I have a new gateway desktop with vista and I have the Command & Conquer First Decade and Generals games that will not work in Vista.
    Is there a patch or something that I need to do to make these games work on vista? I would really like to be able to use my new second computer for playing C&C games with my kids on a home network.

    All help is appreciated

    I run cnc the first decade by right clicking icon and running as admin I put a shortcut to cnc generals zero hour directly to desktop to prevent going through splash screen game select (on vista x64 ultimate)
