Vista Home Premium 32bit - This PC has a mess in the Network section of the device manager. It initially wasn't going online, but I simply reloaded the NIC drivers and that fixed it, but there's still a bunch of yellow ! marks - screen shot attached. Since the internet seems to be working fine, should I worry about these things??!?!?

    hi dlb

If you delete them and reboot do they re-appear?

Not other yellow ! marks in dev mgr?

Is the PC a OEM? and where OEM drivers installed or generic maker ones?

Hi Halo - no other yellow ! marks are anywhere in the devmgr; the PC is a Gateway tower, model GM5457E; when the PC came to me, it didn't go online until I downloaded and installed the NIC drivers from the Gateway web site, but the NIC drivers appear to be the 'generic' Intel drivers that cover all of the Intel ethernet chips (the PRO100/VE, the GigaBit adapters, the PRO1000 adapters, etc are all in one 88mb download) and it is also available in an identical file from Intel. If I delete the ! marked items, nothing seems to happen; they stay in the list and apparently survive a reboot 'cuz they're still there after numerous restarts and attempted deletions....
    :confused
