Vista BSOD

Hey guys, 1st post. I've been getting BSOD when loading and closing games and need some help. I understand the error points at faulty RAM but it mentions a process name too and I was wondering if that is the cause or..?
Basically I need some help.

This post may be too late, but all the same it seems to me that you just need to upgrade your ram. I suggest that your upgrade to about 2gb of ram.

Has this just started to happen on yoru PC and by that I mean, did you install an application or update drivers and this happened?

A few of the crash listed faulting files do link to ram issues, but one stands out that is likely a game called Aion Source so do you have this game installed? if so is it fully upto date?

Is it just this game or all games? if all games please mention a few of them, dont need all the games you have installed, justa few as a reference point, but uninstall Aion Source and then reboot and see if the other games still crash with the same BSODs

I would do a clean uninstall and reinstall of your Graphic Card drivers, not knowing what you have I'm guessing and instructions for Nvidia and Ati are below, all you have to do is to download and not just yet install the latest drivers for your model Graphic Card.

For Nvidia Graphic Cards I would do is to download and install Driver Sweeper (BUT do not run it yet) download the lastest driver version for your graphic card BUT dont install yet.

Use Add/Remove and unsinstall your Nvidia Graphics Driver, then reboot into Safe Mode (F8 at boot) and then run Driver Sweeper to remove any Nvidia Graphics and Physx driver.

Then install the Nvidia driver you downloaded earlier and once installed if not prompted to reboot, reboot into normal mode.

For ATi Graphic Cards what I would do is to download and install Driver Sweeper (BUT do not run it yet) download the lastest driver version for your graphic card BUT dont install yet.

Use Add/Remove and unsinstall your ATi Graphics Driver, then reboot into Safe Mode (F8 at boot) and then run Driver Sweeper to remove any ATi Graphics files

Then install the ATi driver you downloaded earlier and once installed if not prompted to reboot, reboot into normal mode.

You can test your RAM and do this with only one stick of ram in at a time, run this App HERE and to burn the ISO file to CD or DVD use this app ImgBurn HERE

Do please also give us the specs of your PC, if its an OEM one please name its make and model number/version if its a home build then please name its motherboard make and model, CPU, how much RAM, HDD space and Graphic Card make and model.

Download the free, Speccy HERE then run Speccy and click File > Save as XML, then attach the log as per instructions below, but as the forum may not like XML docs, please pop the XML in a zip file to attach (right click the XML and choose Sent To and choose Compressed Zip Folder)
