Vista - Can't Format Disk

    Because of all the troubles I have been having with Vista I decided to format the C: drive and load in my trusty XP. gave the correct command and had this presented to me :
    "Access denied as you do not have sufficient privileges.
    You have to invoke this utility running in elevated mode."

    Any help with this would be appreciated.
