vista coannot access website

    I have a client who has recently upgraded to vista. For some reason he cannot access his own website. It doesn't matter if he uses IE or Netscape the browser just locks up for some reason. It seems that it's only the one site he is having trouble with.
    The site works fine in XP no matter what browser i use and he has one XP computer left and has no problem accessing the site. I don't have Vista and know of no reason it shouldn't work.
    Anyone have any ideas??confused

    1. Make sure that Vista is fully updated.

    2, Empty temp files / delete cookies.

    3. If they are accessing the site thru favorites, delete it and re-create it.

    4. Temporarily disable / turn off firewall and anti-virus, see if they can access it.

    Like padams I think it maybe either Java ( actually pretty certain its java as the page causes my java sys tray Icon to appear ) or Flash issues he will have to update both of those to latest versions of those two as the older versions cause issues liek none loading or crashing pages in Vista, as I get to his site on Vista fine.
