Vista/Epson Cd printing

Hi and Welcome

When you say you are 'having a problem getting my printer to print my CDs', how do you mean print them? Print labels for them? Print out your pictures you have on them?

Moved to Software as I have a possible answer for you,

Seems Epson software is still nto 100% compatible with Vista sadly, I dont know what CD they sent you but if it was the Epson PrintCD software then it needs to be ver 1.50E and even then you may have to run the program in compatability mode for XP SP2, to do this right click the programs shortcut or start menu icon > Properties > Compatabilty tab > tick the box next to Run this program in compatability mode for: > from the drop down list pick XP SP2 and then apply.

What error messages if any do you get with the CD software they sent you and what version is it?

If not ver 1.50E then Epson Russia still ahve it listed for download http://support.epson.ru/upload/drivertypes/000781/PrintCD_15aE.zip



If we cannot fix this an alternative could be suggested if you wish to allow CD label printing, but its best to see if we can get the software your used to fixed if possible first.
