Vista firewall help

    HI
    I need help to program Vista Firewall
    In the Public Profile I have outbound BLOCK
    I can make a rule for many programs but I cannot do it for
    WINDOWS UPDATE
    When I use a rule for wuapp.exe I get the update list but when I click on
    the Install button I get
    Failed error code 80072EFD which means that I cannot connect to Internet
    Which program does wuapp.exe to get the install? orWhich is the rule to get it working?
