Vista Flash Player Help ME PLEASE!!

I recently had to do a clean install of windows vista home premium on my toshiba satellite laptop and after i downloaded chrome and got the newest flash player with it, i noticed that videos play much worse than before the new install and this is weird because it worked fine before. when i make it full screen it gets even more slow where even audio is affected a bit. I know its not an internet issue because i get it smooth on my nexus 7. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

What is your display adapter, device driver version & date? (See this info I wrote on another forum.)

Go to http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect and check if a newer driver is available for your device. (You may need to run this on Internet Explorer; it doesn't run well on some browsers.)

Once you have the new driver installed, make sure that Hardware Acceleration is enabled; see http://forums.adobe.com/thread/891337

 

I updated to the latest driver for my display adapter and still the problem persists..
I have noticed that it plays much much smoother in IE9 than chrome when in full screen mode.. what could account for this?

 

good to know thanks.. but its weird that it worked good before i did a windows reinstal .. oh well i guess, about to get windows 7, hopefully gets a little better
