Vista Home Basic, taskbar is stuck

    Taskbar is stuck on the right side of the screen on a Vista Home Basic machine. It is NOT locked. I have tried many times to left click on an empty area of the task bar (not the edge) and drag it to the bottom, but no go. Any ideas?

    Have you tried Microsoft help and support? If not the page is
    support.microsoft.com/kb/253679. If their fix doesnt work, try "kelly's corner"
    their are hundreds of little programmes there. However they may only be for XP, but worth a look.
    good luck with a really frustrating problem.
