Vista is driving me crazy...

I recently bought a new PC for my wife (I hate Christmas) so that she can run her home business without a hitch. Her OS is Vista Home Premium or something like that. Now, I don't know much about Vista, so I can't really help her when she has a small problem. Hence, I come before the computer demi-gods at Major Geeks.

Certain web sites that she goes to (via AOL 9.1) don't allow her to view the images. There are blank frames where the pictures/icons are supposed to be. I know in XP (I really miss her right now) there is an option to enable and disable this protection feature, but I can't seem to find it in Vista. My hunch is that it has something to do with Protected Mode, but I'm not sure which configuration to set it on without compromising all of my protection.

    Please help.

I personally suspect AOL browser settings but i am not 100% certain so i am looking around in Vista to see if i can spot anything.

If Halo comes online he should be able to help better as he is a Microsoft wizard.
