Hi, I have been having problems with a 6 year old windows vista desktop.
I have received some help from the Malware removal forum, see thread http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=273895

Since getting rid of the Malware, when the computer is switched on, it is slow to boot up, then there is the blue screen crash dump, the computer then restarts and reboots into a windows error recovery message, if I leave it to start normally it just repeats the process as above. I can restart in safe mode.

I have disabled the start up items in msconfig and am still getting the rebooting cycle.

    Can anyone help?
