Vista LogIn Problem

Hi I had a Trogan Virus and was following your "Read and Run Me First" instructions, I got to the Java part, uninstalled all of the old Java files and was installing the new one when I came up with a 1721 error, I followed the Java instructions on how to fix the error and disabled the User account and rebooted the computer, I do not have another User on the computer and now when I try to log in it only gives me the option of "Other User", I have tried to boot up into Safe Mode, however it keeps coming up with the Windows Error Recovery screen!!

I'm hoping with the help of the Kaspersky Recovery disk the Trojan is gone, now I just need to be able to log back into my computer......Please HELP!!
