Vista not working with Outlook Web

    Hello;
    I just recently purchased a new Dell home computer with Vista on it.My problem is when I open my company/ web based e-mail . The type is Microsoft office ( Outlook Web Access ). I am able to read,open and drag e-mails to file folders, but I cannot reply to or create new e-mails. Have tried everything HELP !!

    Thanks for moving my post ,Tim . Can we send this to anyone else? I cannot believe I am the first user to experiance this very troublesome problem.Dell Techs were of no help!!
