vista question .. need some help

    Hello , My niece has a windows vista on her laptop... I'm trying to figure out what programs she needs and doesnt need running on start-up. Any help would be great, thanks guys :)

    Download and run FreePCAudit and save the report as a text file. Then reply to this thread and attach the report to your post. We can take a look at the report and advise you on which programs are safe to delete from the list of startup programs.

    I have WinPatrol installed and I check my Startup with it.
    Only 3 I have is WinPatrol, Comodo Firewall, and SpywareBlaster.
    Everything else starts when you need them.
    This is an HP desktop with Vista Home Premium.
