Vista RAS Error

    I have been getting an error in vista with the RAS.

    I try to start Remote Access COnnection Manager and I get a Error 126 The specified module could not be found.

    Telephony is started fine.

    I have tried running SFC/SCANNOW and it doesn't find any integrity violations.

    Can someone please help? Is there a way to install and reinstall RAS?
