Vista run time error 91

hey guys, i've been told its impossible to get this program to run in Vista, Its called FShotSeat and basically its designed for use in XP however im trying to run it in Vista 64,

First issue was msflxgrd.ocx register issue thats now been fixed.
Now the program starts up and as seen as i see the app screen it says:

Run-time error '91'
Object variable or With block variable not seat.
