I have noticed some problems since loading Vista service pack 1. If any one has some insight to the following I would appreciate it. I am using Vista 64 bit operating system.

    1. Since installing the update, I noticed that a new user has been added to my system. It ASP.NET Machine Account. I believe that it is doing something because when I log off from AOL, I get a message saying that AOL is still being used by another user. Can I delete this account or does it have a function?

    2. I am the only user of this computer and am listed as an administrator, yet when I try to do some functions, I get the message that I must be an administrator to do them. The only way I can complete the activity is to log into the safe mode and I can usually do what I want. Is this normal?

Any insight will be greatly appreciated.
