    ok i have done a system recovery and set everything to factory settings before i do all my windows updates i want to know what service packs if any i have to download i had issues with driver/software conflict with the service packs before one reason i did the recovery some that are still not resolved please advise me what to do here

    ty for ur post to tell u the truth if i can manage it i am going to upgrade to windows 7 so think i will just hold off on service pack 2 service pack one is in my original vista software was just not sure if i had to have the pack for sure i thought i would get more post here
