Vista won't accept password

I recently reinstalled vista on my other computer after having xp on it for a year(it had vista when I bought it) and I'm having a problem with the wireless.

I have a Belkin Wireless G+ MIMO router and I use the wireless adapter that came with the router on that computer(this computer is hooked up using an ethernet cable). Whenever I type in the password to connect to the router I get a message saying the password is incorrect but I know I am typing in the correct password. I even changed the password to something different and then I changed it back when that password didn't work(which made me realize it's a problem with vista).I found only one other post on the microsoft website about asking for help with the same problem and she didn't get any help.

Does anyone have any ideas wtf is going on?
