Vista+X-fi+mircrophone=no go

not sure about usb microphones, but you might a well forget it about a regular microphone plugged into your sound card ( I am sure about X-fi,but there may be others) They just won't work, not sure if it's a creative problem or vista...


just thought you would like to know.

 

I read about this problem on ZDNet a while back. It was about the time that Vista first came out and everyone thought it was pretty funny that a microphone could bring this new 'stable and secure' OS to it's knees And the problem is with Vista, not the microphone.... (if I remember the article correctly).
