Visual Basic 6 :Tax Calculator

Hi im trying to make a Tax Calculator Ive made it but only small problem im having is that i cant get the Calculator to Calculate the Tax

Can someone please help me solve this problem

i have attached the VB Project Files so you can open it and see my code

The Tax Calculator is really simple
it ask for the price then the tax rate and then it calculates the total for you

im stuck at the tax problem, can someone fix this up for me

This doesn't sound very dificult but I would really like to know how you are having problems with this...How long have you been coding VB6? Is this for school?...and yes please post your code.
