Visual C++ Failure

I am having this problem a few times aday. It seems to happen only when I am online, but I have no idea why or what to do. Here is the error message that keeps coming up.

It seems that no matter what option you choose, Internet explorer stalls and shuts down.

Any help would be appreciated.
