Voice control software (?)

    I have a severely disabled customer who is buying a PC and NEEDS to have full control of it via voice commands. She has MS and virtually no control of her hands or arms (and alzheimer's, but that's a different story). So- does anyone know of any software that allows someone to completely run Windows, go online, send email, print stuff, etc., exclusively with voice commands??? I've heard of Dragon but I think that's only for word processing and similar tasks. Any help or suggestions or links would be appreciated!!!

    This software seems to stick out http://www.realizesoftware.com/products/

    I know the inbuilt speach recognition in XP if thats what OS is being used is limited mainly to speech to text so the above should by all accounts tick the boxes you describe above... maybe with using the trial period.
