Voice Search App

I have an Android tablet and I am looking for a voice search app.
I found a fue but when I use it to look up something it just opens a list of apps.

I do not want it to look in my apps.
I want it to search the web and then talk to me.

What is the name of a good app for this?

1. What version of Android is your tablet running? (Is this the archos or another?)

2. Does the tablet have the playstore app on it?

I ask because a) not all android devices support playstore and b) if the android version is old and you look for apps, you might get "this app will not work on your device".

I bought a tablet, possibly in Nov. 2015 and returned it a few days later because most everything I wanted to install said I could not use on that tablet. It was running KitKat, the same as my Asus tablet and yet it would not allow me to install things that worked on the Asus tablet.
