Voltage problem/ Electrical failure

Hello guys, My PC has been restarting by itself the last couple of weeks, I suspect its because the voltage, I use 220v. The USB devices used to turn off and then turn on randomly but now that has stopped somehow, also when I play games that have lots of graphics like BF3 it restarts after 10-15 minutes.

What should I change right away? The mobo? Hard disk? Video Card? the problem is that i am short of money so I cant buy everything at once but i am planning to do so in the future, what should I try changing first?

 

1. Be sure the red selector on the back of the power supply is set to 220/240 volts (not 110/120).

2. Download Hardware Monitor and check for any unusually high temps (over 70C). If something is overheating, check the fans for proper opration.

3. Download MemTest. Let it run for at least an hour.

Hopefully this will help you figure out what's causing the problem.

 

If you are tight for cash, running out and guessing on parts isn't a good idea. Try the good troubleshooting advice Gman recommends. Given that you are thinking of upgrading anyway, I'm guessing you have had it for a while. In that case, I would shut it down and unplug it and carefully vacuum out the tower and then check ALL connections.

If you are fairly proficient in Windows, you could view the Event Logs. If you are using Win 7, Control Panel -->Admin Tools-->Event Log Viewer. This will show you the error right before it crashes. Look for Critical Errors particularly:
