Ive been reading up on CPU and RAM voltages cause my proc (3.0ghz intel p4 prescott socket 478) is stuck at 3.7ghz and no matter how much i throw at it it wont get stable. It will boot into windows at 3.8ghz but its not stable at all (fails prime95 after like 1 hour:rolleyes:) From reading the OC guide in MaxPC magazine i guess its not good to up the vcore by more than 10% or risk "juicing" the chip? After reading up in forums tho ive seen people running my same proc at 1.6v (mine is at 1.5v currently) and i know my cooling can keep the temps down now, i just dont wanna hose my proc. My mobo is an ASUS p4p800-e deluxe if that matters.

Im not much help on this but maybe you could try some different memory timings to get it stable, it dont sound like you are doing to bad with your overclock. ed
