Vonage Help...

I need help with my Vonage. It is a Motorola VT2442.

The problem that I am having with it is that when it is plugged in the Power light keeps blinking. That is leading to the problem where the Internet light will not stay lit, and the Phone 1 light doesnt even come on.

It worked fine for awhile, then the power light went red. I swapped it out with my 2nd Motorola VT2443 to try to allievate the problem, but it didn't. The secound router suffers from the same symptoms.

I can not get any internet connectivity when I try to go through the router. Only a direct connection from my cable modem to my pc now.

What seems to be the problem? Thanks in advanced.

I would call Vonage myself, but I am stationed in Korea, and this (Vonage) is my only means of calling stateside. I don't want to spend needless, and countless time, talking to someone going through a list off of the monitor in front of them.
