   Is this or is it not a virus file/process? I know last week when I scanned it said that was a virus and coul;d not delete it because it was running. I stopped the process and it deleted it. But now today it is back in the startup.

   Typically you need to go to safe mode. Delete the file voxio.exe. Remove it from startup. Reboot.
