Viewpoint sounds like the stuff the AOL & AIM install on your computer. I believe one of the items is called Viewpoint Manager. I'm not familiar with World Wide Web Publishing. You should be able to uninstall the Viewpoint stuff. And if you do not know what WWW Publishing is you should probably uninstall it too since if you do not know what it is, you probably do not use it or need. Sounds like it could be relater to web page designing. I don't know what Workstation is either. Is that the exact and complete name?

Note: just a comment about choice of words. These are not services. They are applications (programs). Services has special meaning in Windows.

Since Ad-aware found problems on your PC, you really should first follow all the steps in this Sticky thread < READ ME FIRST: Basic Spyware, Trojan And Virus Removal > . Chances are there are more problems present.

If you already have any of the programs linked in the tutorial please double check your version to make sure you have the latest one and that you have any/all updates for the programs.

NOTE: In order to resolve the issues you are having it is very important that you at least try to perform all the steps as outlined. If you have any difficulty please post back letting us know what steps you have completed, what you found while doing the scans if anything and details about any problems you have encountered in completing the steps. The more details you can provide the better.
