W XP Crashing ! Parameters Included

I shut down using the OFF switch while playing a game.
I got: We apologize for the inconvenience, but Windows did not start successfully...If interrrupted by power button choose start Windows normally. Choices: Safe Mode, Safe Mode with Networking, Safe Mode with Command Prompt, Last Known Good Configuration, Start Windows Normally.
I tried all the ways. None worked. Maybe I'm doing it wrong !

I also got a Blue screen:
UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME
If this is the ifrst time youve seen this stop screen error, restart. If appears again follow steps: Disable or remove new hard or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching...Press F8 of you need safe mode.

I am running W XP sp2
no new software or hardware. As I said, I shut down wrong.
I use C Cleaner, ZA, antivirus is up todate.
i DO NOT want to lose everything stored in my computer...docs, songs, photos!!!
