W10 Hibernating Rather Than Shutting Down

I have the power button set to Shut Down, on both battery and power but the laptop always hibernates instead. Same happens if I select Shut Down from the menu. Also unable to switch hibernation off with the powercfg /h command - says it's an unrecognised command. I suspect it's because I have Turn on Fast Startup selected, which it needs, but is this a general problem with W10 on laptops? It's a Thinkpad Edge E335, not supported for W10 but otherwise problem free.

What happens if you disable hibernation?

elevated command prompt > powercfg -h off

That's sorted it, thanks. I was getting the command syntax from powercfg /? but that says use powercfg /h and doesn't mention adding on or off. Unsurprisingly though, I'll have to revert it as it's so slowwww. I would prefer a proper shutdown because Rollback RX doesn't automatically generate a new daily snapshot without it.
