WAN and IP problems

Hi, couple days ago, I got a bit of a problem. My mate and I were trying to get to know how I could host on Wc3 (Warcraft). Then we must've done something wrong. I ended up with WAN being.. Um, broken..

Under Diagnostics on my standard gateway, also known as default gateway I guess... My WAN is broken.. It's a red 'X' where it should be a green sign.. I expand, and it says DSL and Connections, the DSL is okay. Having that green sign.. But straight under DSL it says that Connections is broken. I click connections and it says pppoe1, says Authentication failure and Sevice name + Accsess Concentrator not configured.

Under that again, it says IP Connectivity, and that says Comment = interface is down, no IP connectivity.

And when I write ipconfig/all on the cmd, it says Ip-routing activated . . . . . . . . . No
WINS Proxy activated . . . . . . . . . No
Don't know if that has anything to say..


Any adviced? (Not how to host on wc3, but how to get my net back up)

I'm not totally up on DSL but I know that if your did a reset of the DSL modem, you then need to re-enter the user and password that your ISP assigned to you for your connection login. This is NOT the normal login information you would use for your computer or anything else. This user and password are something that you would not normally know unless you have had to reset the modem before.

If you did reset the DSL modem, you will probably need to call your ISP to get the user and password.

I need to re-emphasize that this is NOT a username and password that would normally know. It was assigned by your ISP at the time your connection was originally setup.
