want to restore laptop to initial status

Hi guys, i've had my samsung qx411 windows 7 sp1 for about 3 months now. Last week it would start. It would show the windows logo but it would stop there. So i took it to geeksquad, they repaired it and when i got it back it was working, but it seems like they reformatted it cause i lost firefox, some pics but no big deal. So i wanted to do a complete restore and go back to factory settings and start with a clean slate. Well when i went into samsung recovery solution and tried to do complete restore but i couldnt find computer initial status to do that, so i reinstalled windows from the recovery on the laptop and from the disk it came with and now when i loads i only have windows 7. No programs that it came with, bare knuckles window 7. How can i return it to factory settings

here is some more information. After win 7 loads, theres only one hard drive showing in my computer window. Honestly i dont remember if there was a recovery partition showing from the begining like most PCs do. When i tried to to complete system restore it didnt have an option for computer initial state so my only option was to reinstall windows, with either doing F4 after restart or booting from disk drive and using the disk that came with it.
