Yesterday I downloaded HDD Health and it indicates "There are no known problems with this hard drive." This morning I ran CheckDisk and no problems were found. Now I keep getting an error message which says "Attribute Seek Error Rate changes from 200 to 100" (sometimes "from 100 to 200"). On other boards this is referred to as a message from SMART indicating a possible hard drive failure. ???
