warning message

    i am getting this warning message while playing games online:

    OS Paged Memory Low


    does this have to do with my comp or the game??

    can i fix it?? if so please help.

    i have pent dual 2.80 ghz
    windows xp media edition
    geforce 7300 le vid card
    1 gig of ram

    yes i am...hehe,,, maybe they screwed something up with the
    newest update but no one on their forums knows anything about it
