I purchased Webroot with the following results:
    1. I thought I was getting an anti-virus and found out it was an imperfect anti-malware program.

    2. However, for ten bucks more I would get their peachy dandy award winning, cutesy titled "Window Washer." It might wash windows but I ended up with three viruses

    3. From first download I had nothing but problems with this "award winning" anti-virus program.

    4. Three viruses later I asked for a refund and was finally told I had to be patient.

    5. Two Trojans later I removed all of Web Root's software from my computer and downloaded all free ware security programs. A week later, still virus free.

I have had Webroot (Spysweeper) for about 4 years. I have never had one problem.
