warranty question

Depends. I'd first contact Frys and see what their warranty are for the products you buy, then try contacting AMD.

My guess, its probably along the lines of 30 Days through Frys without extended warranty, and product warranty through AMD is probably a year or something. But thats only me taking an educated guess.

You'd need to contact them either by phone/e-mail.
