warrock1 game problem help ?

ok guys
im not really sure if this is the right place or site for this topic but ye guys helped e before so il give it a go....

ok i downloaded warrock 1 game from cnet.com installed ok but when i try and open it it strts downloading and gets stuck on "texture UI" so then i got to cancel . i tried the warrock website and other forums but got no joy
appreciate any help given oh yeah my firewall is permitting the prog and i am connected to internet albeit a slow connection
