Waste...

WASTE is a software product and protocol that enables secure distributed communication for small (on the order of 10-50 nodes) trusted groups of users.

I tried it, it's more meant for people that are already communicating, you hae to set up a host to recieve requests, and likewise you have to know the IP address of a host to make tem. Like Kazaa for friends
