Watch Live TV on PC??

Im looking for a program to watch live tv on my computer im looking for some sports channels like ESPN and some news frm canada and CNN and some movie channels are there any programs out there that have any of those???

I found this Freeware and it works on all Windows platforms. You'll have to find details about channels, etc.
