WaterMarks

Hi All.

Can anyone tell me how to do the following. I have a co-worker that receives faxes and attachments through her computer from other companys. She wants to resize the attached wantermark that is on the document she receives.

AShe said she was able to do this when she had windows 2000 pro. She now had Windows XP pro. WE have alreadu tried changing and updatin all the printer drivers to the printers she users. I am lost on how to help her.

Can any one help me?

I'm not sure I quite understand what you're looking for. Resize the watermark? Does the watermark get applied by the printer software or the incoming fax software?

My friend receives the fax through her computer. She is using Biscom fax program. She received the incoming fax into her computer and she then displays the document on her screen. She then goes to print out the document and wants to resize the water mark that is on the incomeing fax. She was able to do this when she had windoes 2000 pro OS. Now thet she has XP pro. She can not do this function.

All printer dirivers have been replaced.
